Nothing says a good day with your mom like a bottle of thumbs up. The problem is, we couldn’t open it!

Here’s what happened. My mother and I went to a store to buy me clothes for my brother’s wedding. Afterwards, we went to a store so my mother could buy mehndi or henna.

There I saw it sitting in the cooler. Thumbs up. I took it and bugged my mother for it. She bought it and she said “How are you going to open it” because it was one of those bottles where you had to have a bottle opener.

Hanging on the door of the fridge was a bottle opener. I took the liberty of trying to open it but seeing as I was born in America and not having any experience with bottle openers, I struggled. A guy then came and helped me but he didn’t open it all the way. At the time, I thought I could twist it open but I was wrong.

My mother and I took turns trying to open it in the car. It was hopeless. We then stopped at the dollar tree to buy party stuff.

I planned on buying a bottle opener but my mother actually brought the bottle in the store and opened it with the bottle opener and put the opener back. I was in shock. It was actually quite funny. What a day, I’ll say.

T-minus 2 days ’till Seattle.

Good Ol’ Summer. Its gonna be full of computer and volunteering… oh yeah and my brother’s wedding.

I’m impressed with my self. All A’s with only two B’s.

So. I can’t really think of anything right now.
